Selection of workstations and network infrastructure configuration - consulting

When working on the implementation of projects and orders, it is necessary to have workstations that meet the requirements of suppliers in terms of their performance and hardware configuration. The consultant, using the available knowledge and experience, is able to determine whether the currently owned equipment meets all the necessary requirements and, if necessary, advise what equipment to choose in the event of a decision and replace it with a newer one.

User support and training

In the event of any problems with the use of software or hardware, our consultant will provide assistance in an appropriate manner (by phone, e-mail or if necessary on site) in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

BIM software installation on users' workstations

After purchasing the software, our specialist will install and correctly configure users' computers and will go through the activation process in order to prepare the station for operation.

Depending on the licensing model, the software will either be activated on users' computers with the appropriate permissions to use it, or prepared to use network licenses stored on the license server.

Manage licenses from Autodesk and other software vendors

Along with the purchase of a license, access to licenses should be properly managed by employees so that each of them has access to the necessary tools during their work.
